Spacious residence with up-to-date restorations. 9 feet ceiling. Large wooded lot of 15,000 ft2 without entertains in a maple grove and surrounded by mature hedges. Heating and air-conditioning geothermal central system is very economic and comfortable without emitting any greenhouse gases.
A 2nd bathroom for the children upstairs. Laundry room on the ground floor with outside access. Sound insulation of room walls. The south court allows the use of large patio early spring. The house is built with a steel structure and windows are aluminum. cherry floors. No floating floor. Granite sidewalk to the garden.
