Oversize two-story house with the possibility of an in-laws suite or apartment. 5 bedrooms, 4 full bathrooms, and an office. Luxurious kitchen by a designer.
A must see!
Quiet family neighborhood at 1,6 km from the school and park nearby. 10,387 pi2 lot. Double wide garage with storage underneath. Masters suite has 2 walk-ins, private bathroom with tub, nice custom shower and 2 sinks sitting on a marble counter.
On the 2nd floor, there are also 2 more bedrooms with walk-ins, big linens closet, a 2nd bathroom with shower tub, cabinet with quartz countertop and a laundry room with cabinets and sink.
On the first floor, ceilings start at 9ft, beautiful wood kitchen with big walk-in, granite and walnut countertop.
