Open concept with large windows and 14 foot ceilings in the living room and kitchen, 2+1 bedroom (1 bedroom can be used as an office or 3rd bedroom with a sofa-bed, 2 full bathrooms, 1 indoor parking spaces in the garage, and elevator access from the garage. Very large deck area overlooking the river, no neighbours at the back, very private. All amenities such as grocery store, pharmacy, liquor store, bike and walking paths are within a 5-minute walk. Additional parking spaces available in front of building.
