Welcome to lovers of Nature, Sea and Mountains. Whether you are skiers, snowboarders, hikers, teleworkers, etc... In summer as in winter, you will be delighted by the landscapes and the beauty of the environment!
Located 32 minutes from the Parc de la Gaspésie service center, where you will find 170 kilometers of trails for all levels.
House with a breathtaking view of the St Lawrence river from inside and the private courtyard of the house. You will admire Magnificent sunsets, whales and seals.
A very large window (8 feet x 55 inches or 2.44 m x 1.40 m) in the living room giving panoramic views of the St Lawrence river.
Very comfortable, equipped from A to Z with 4 bedrooms (6 beds) for 8 people:

The beach, located at the foot of the 20-metre cliff on which the house is located, is accessible in less than 1 minute by car (there is a parking and a canteen serving excellent poutine!) or by walking 7 minutes . You can make a fire there, have a drink or simply breathe the salty air.

- 100 meters from a small grocery store and 6 minutes by car from a large Metro grocery store.
- 1 minute drive from a gas station.
