We offer our second home for rent, minimum for one month and maximum for a year-round lease with the possibility of renewal.
You have three bedrooms: master bedroom with queen bed and balcony, guest bedroom with queen bed, and children's bedroom with bunk bed, double downstairs and single upstairs. There is one bathroom on the ground floor and one upstairs. The living room is spacious and open plan with dining room and kitchen. A large stone fireplace dominates the living room. The house is Swiss in style with lots of wood paneling and rustic decorations. Winter decorations are also available. In the bathroom on the ground floor there is a dry sauna and a hot tub.
Outside is a BBQ, a private courtyard with fireplace, parking for 4 cars. You are surrounded by tall fir trees, in a homogeneous and rather resort-like neighborhood and you are 5 minutes from downtown Ste-Agathe-des-Monts and one hour from Montreal (exit 83 of 15 North).
If you rent for the year, you need to open your own Hydro, internet and cable account and have home insurance.

Il y a une salle de bain au rez-de-chaussée et une à l'étage. Le salon est spacieux et à aire ouverte avec salle à manger et cuisine. Un grand foyer en pierre domine dans le salon. La maison est de style suisse avec beaucoup de boiseries et décorations rustiques. Il y a également à votre disposition les décorations d'hiver. Dans la salle de bain du rdc se trouve un sauna sec et un bain tourbillon.
À l'extérieur se trouve un BBQ, une cour privée avec foyer, stationnement pour 4 autos. Vous êtes entourés de grands sapins, dans un quartier homogène et plutôt de villégiature et vous vous trouvez à 5 min du centre-ville de Ste-Agathe-des-Monts et à une heure de Montréal (sortie 83 de la 15 Nord).
Si vous louez à l'année, vous devez ouvrir votre propre compte Hydro, internet et câble et avoir une assurance habitation.
