This super comfortable house (everything is on the ground floor, no stairs!) and furnished, will allow you to find yourself peacefully in nature. The atmosphere is calm, because the house is located in an environment offering a huge lot bordered by mature trees, woods and access to the magnificent Lake Ménard (100 meters from the house + the municipal beach is 5 minutes walk away).

Located 5 minutes from the village of Sainte-Lucie-des-Laurentides, 15 minutes from Ste-Agathe-des-Monts and Val-David (offering all services: grocery stores, restaurants, pharmacies, shops, hospital and veterinary clinics); 30 minutes from Mont-Tremblant, close to all activities offered in the Laurentians: ski slopes, restaurants, lakes, parks, etc.

The house has a huge living room with a FIREPLACE IN THE CENTER, a full equiped kitchen with attached walk-in closet, 5 bedrooms, a large full bathroom and a powder. Allows a large family to live there comfortably. Rented fully or half-furnished.

The firewood, internet & electricity are at the expense of the tenants.

Animals are accepted (conditions apply). Non-smokers only please, marijuana included!

Main regulations:

• No short rentals allowed. 
• Subletting is strictly prohibited!
• You could be responsible for damages caused by you or your animals and a deposit refundable at the end of the rental, could be required as a guarantee. In the event of higher costs, they will be invoiced to you in addition.
• As the environment is peaceful and short-term rentals are prohibited, it is forbidden to hold noisy receptions and parties. Repeated complaints will cancel the rental automatically.
