Spacious and bright 4 1/2, on the second floor, in a super quiet area. The windows overlook the Northwest, so the sun is blazing all day long! Large rear balcony and huge communal roof terrace. With parking space (snow removal in winter), large storage space and elevator.
Quick access to Montreal by bus or train. Very close to several schools and other services (grocery stores, pharmacies, bus stops, park-and-ride, commuter trains etc ...).
