Ideal as a base. Located at the back and upstairs of a semi-commercial building in Saint-Paul-de-l'Île-aux-Noix (one hour from Montreal, without public transport services). Small 2 ½ with separate entrance. Large closed bedroom and another separate medium room that can be converted into a small dining area. No kitchen and no space for a standard oven, but possibility of using a barbecue on the site in summer, with integrated cooking ring. Private bathroom, with shower and toilet and entrance for washer and dryer (not included). Access to the wooded lot at the back, with picnic tables and outdoor fire pit. Less than 1 km from a beautiful park/point surrounded by water, from where a river shuttle usually leaves (closed this year) to visit Fort Lennox in summer (Parks Canada). Price: $595/month + electricity to be shared with the person who occupies the front part of the house. Quiet, non-smoking person wanted, with good job, owner and credit references. À moins d'un km d'un superbe parc/pointe entourée d'eau, d'où part habituellement (fermée cette année) une navette fluviale pour la visite du Fort Lennox l'été (Parc Canada). Prix: 595$/mois + électricité à partager avec la personne qui occupe la partie avant du logement. Personne tranquille et non fumeuse recherchée, avec bonne références d'emploi, de propriétaires et de crédit.
