One of the first things to do when looking for a property is to get a mortgage preapproval from a financial institution. The goal is to determine borrowing capacity, and as a result, the price range to be looking in.
The property suits the budget and needs? Time to submit an offer to purchase! This document sets out the price, the elements included in the sale, the possession date, the conditions of purchase and all other information relevant to the sale.
The offer to purchase generally includes conditions. The most common are the property passing an inspection, the buyer providing proof of financing and the buyer selling their own property. Once the listed conditions are met, the property is considered sold.
The last step is to see a notary, who is generally chosen by the buyer. This real estate professional drafts the deed of sale and ensures that the interests of all parties involved are respected.
Once the deed of sale is notarized, the new owner gets the keys to the home. All that’s left is to move in!

About Us:
We are a modern, multi-specialty clinic in Ahuntsic, Montréal, offering walk-in and with appointment services, and specialty care. Our clinic provides a fully supported environment with reception, triage nurse, lab access, EMR/billing software, and administrative support allowing physicians to focus on patient care. The clinic is located in a high-traffic area.
Responsibilities:
Provide general medical care for walk-in and scheduled patients.
Collaborate with specialists, nurses, and administrative staff for comprehensive patient care.
Administer vaccinations, minor procedures, and patient education.
Maintain accurate patient records in the clinic's EMR system.
Ensure billing is completed using clinic-supported software (RAMQ and private-pay claims).
Participate in quality improvement initiatives and contribute to clinic workflow optimization.
Requirements:
Doctor of Medicine (MD) degree.
Licensed and in good standing with Collège des médecins du Québec (CMQ).
Experience in general practice / family medicine preferred.
Comfortable working in a hybrid clinic model: walk-in + scheduled appointments + private-pay patients.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills in English and French.
Ability to collaborate in a multi-disciplinary team environment.
