The most eye-catching feature of the building location is the proximity to two metro stations: Plamondon and Namur. It's literally a 4-minute walk away from Plamondon station and 8 minutes away from Namur on foot. 

The building was constructed in 2014 by Samcon, one of the most reputable developers and construction companies in Quebec. In addition to the perfect and most convenient location of the building, excellent construction materials have been used in the building as well as the interior of the condominiums.

The condo is cozy, well-maintained with plenty of sunshine, and is located at the far end of the hallway, which adds to the peace and quiet of the residence. Another highlight of the apartment is a decent size balcony that overlooks the clean, green, and quiet backyard of the building, and is an excellent spot to chill out when the weather is agreeable. 

You are invited to come in and visit the condo for yourself. Chances are that you find it calm, cozy, and charming and an ideal place to live whether you plan to live in it yourself or rent it out.

Un autre point fort de l'appartement est un balcon de taille décente qui donne sur la cour arrière propre, verte et calme de l'immeuble, et constitue un excellent endroit pour se détendre lorsque le temps est agréable.
