I have a large (open concept) 1 bedroom apartment filled with wooden accents in the beautiful Plateau neighbourhood of Montreal. The ceilings are high (over 10 feet in the living room), and the apartment comes with both a functional fireplace and air-conditioning to serve both heating and cooling needs all year around. It is also tastefully furnished with a lot of mid-century and other designer-made modern pieces. With two balconies (a smaller one in the front and larger one in the back), the apartment opens itself up to a peaceful and tree-filled surrounding, allowing for you to enjoy both inside and outside. It also has ample storage space - so much so that I struggle to make use of it all!

The apartment is situated in an extremely quiet neighborhood while being fairly well connected by bus (the 24 on Sherbrooke that takes you to McGill and Concordia in a matter of 20 minutes) to downtown Montreal. It is also a walking distance away from many of the Plateau's most vibrant pockets, and has two bike sharing stations to help getting around on a bike all-year round (highly recommended!).

The apartment comes fully equipped with appliances (dishwasher, washer, dryer, oven, fridge), and I am open to leaving a lot of my furniture/appliances/entertainment systems for your comfort, provided that you show them as much care as I do.

I have taken a lot of care and placed a lot of thought into my apartment and furniture, and I am looking for a respectful and mindful individual or couple looking for a long-term stay (2 years) in Montreal. If you are interested, don't hesitate to reach out!
