 Available August 1 for a minimum one-year lease.

The apartment is located on the top floor of an 1899 Victorian building with classic Plateau architecture, part of a quiet 3-unit condo association.

Many features have been updated while preserving its original character, including solid maple parquet floors, exposed brick walls, moldings, and abundant natural light.

The apartment can be rented furnished or semi-furnished.

Ideal tenants 

We are looking for responsible, quiet, non-smoking tenants who will treat the apartment with care. The apartment is best suited for a couple or a family. We are not looking for roommate or colocation arrangements. Strictly no smoking or vaping, including cannabis, inside the apartment or on the terrace. Parties are not permitted, out of respect for the neighbours. Pets are negotiable.

References, proof of income/employment, credit check, and proof of tenant insurance will be requested.

Please note that the apartment is accessed by an exterior staircase followed by an interior staircase, so it is unfortunately not suitable for people with reduced mobility.
