Included: refrigerator, stove, dishwasher, washer, dryer, and air conditioner. The advantages: - Just a 5-minute walk from the Lachine Canal - Peaceful neighborhood with many nice cafes (Yo & Co, Café TT, Café par amour) and restaurants (McKiernan) - Plenty of street parking - Buses 35 and 38 stop right outside - 7-minute bus ride to De l'Église or Monk station, 12-minute bus ride to Place St Henri station, or an 18-minute walk to Jolicoeur station.
