This is a great space for one person that likes sunsets and is looking for a quiet and safe space.

Close to metro Cadillac, easy access to downtown. Pharmacy, supermarket, CLSC and corner store close.

Building includes gym, meeting room, guest room and workshop.

Condo is semi-furnished, with single bed, refrigerator, oven, table, sofa, office desk and window covers. Kitchen and bathroom renovations done recently. Small work being done before July.

Has a locker available, possible to rent parking in the building or bike rack.

Please note that pets are not allowed, non-smoking. Proof of income, references and credit and TAL checks might be asked. One year contract minimum. The HOA requires a meeting with prospective renters.
