The apartment is directly on Wellington Street, one of the most charming streets in Montreal and its pedestrian-only from June to mid-September! You'll find grocery stores, pharmacies, restaurants, cafés, and dollar stores within walking distance. Perfectly located between Verdun metro (5 min) and De lÉglise metro (7 min). Free parkings are available in perpendicular avenues (we never had any trouble finding a spot)

The last step is to see a notary, who is generally chosen by the buyer. This real estate professional drafts the deed of sale and ensures that the interests of all parties involved are respected.
