You'll find grocery stores, pharmacies, restaurants, cafés, and dollar stores within walking distance. Perfectly located between Verdun metro (5 min) and De lÉglise metro (7 min). Free parkings are available in perpendicular avenues (we never had any trouble finding a spot)

       We are transferring the lease for July 1
       New tenant must submit:
       Completed rental application form
       ID/passport
       Last 3 bank statements
