Washer-dryer and dishwasher in unit. Private parking available in the back alley. The apartment is charming, warm, and very well maintained, with great neighbours who are calm and mature. This is a 4-unit building with a beautiful stone-facade, and hardwood floors in the apartment. This apartment is ideal for 2 respectful and calm tenants to enjoy beautiful Montreal summer and festivals. Get in touch if you have any questions and would like to visit. It is 2 minutes away from McGill University, and 5 minutes away from Parc Avenue (grocery stores, public transports, cinema, shopping, etc). *Everything is included (electricity, heating, parking, Wi-Fi, TV).
