The condo is offered semi-furnished and includes the main appliances: fridge, oven, induction cooktop and dishwasher.
There is also the possibility to rent the apartment fully furnished, with clean, well-maintained quality furniture, including beds and mattresses for the 3 bedrooms, a large L-shaped sofa in the living room, TV stand with TV, dining table and chairs, as well as washer and dryer. It is also possible to purchase the furniture separately.
All three bedrooms have large windows.
The west-facing living room offers plenty of natural light and can be furnished with a large L-shaped sofa, an armchair and a flat-screen TV, making it the perfect relaxation area.
The kitchen is truly the heart of the open space, with its 12-foot marble countertop, coffee area, ample storage, induction cooktop and beautiful wood paneling.
