Huge apartment to rent literally in front of McGill University at 900 sherbrooke! This is a 4-bedroom apartment to rent, available for lease transfer from May 1st (renewable August 1st) or directly from August 1st 2026 for a 12-month lease. We are looking for 4 friends to rent this apartment (no individual room rental, sorry), who are respectful and responsible tenants. The apartment is on the 8th floor, with lots of natural light and amazing views on the McGill campus. There is a separate living room, kitchen, and one of the bedrooms has a private attached toilet. Floors are in hard wood. The location is ideal for McGill students. The apartment is fully furnished, with a washer-dryer in unit, in addition to a dishwasher. Bills are not included in the rent.
