Very bright house in a quiet kid-friendly neighborhood. At walking distance from Gatineau Park (hiking, downhill and cross-country ski, lakes). Park with playground and basketball court (ice rink in winter) on the other side of the street and one with tennis, soccer field, skatepark, sprinklers and bigger ice rink at 10 min walk. Three minutes from bus stop for an easy commute to Université du Québec en Outaouais (5.7 km by car, 3 STO bus routes) and University of Ottawa or Rideau Centre (9.8 km by car, 4 STO bus routes) and to the CEGEP (4.5 km by car and 20 min by bus or bike), close to the bicycle path network. Very close to elementary school (in French, school in English by school bus) and daycares (some bilingual). Big shopping center at 10-20 min walk depending on where you go.
