With lots of character historic building built in 1760, meticulously renovated over the years. Superb original stone walls on the lower level, two bathrooms, very bright, large backyard, very large rear terrace (500 sq. Ft.) And beautiful view of the St. Lawrence River. All services within walking distance: pharmacy, grocery store, caisse populaire, SAQ, café, church, school, express bus 800 (every 15 minutes), etc. Close to highways (7 minutes from downtown Quebec by car) and bike path (25 minutes from downtown), two parking lots, snow plowed. Dishwasher and heat pump included in the rental. Possibility to rent with all appliances included for a supplement. No dog / cat allowed (1). Non-smoking apartment (cigarettes and cannabis).
