Welcome to our warm and welcoming home in Cap-Rouge, on Promenade-des-Soeurs.
Our open concept house offers three comfortable bedrooms (including one for babies), a fully equipped kitchen and a bright and friendly living room. The natural light and the large windows create a calm and pleasant atmosphere that is perfect for resting and relaxing. The kitchen is fully equipped and freshly renovated.
The neighborhood is peaceful and well located, close to parks, elementary schools, the Cap-Rouge marina and the St. Lawrence River. Essential services and public transport (the bus literally passes in front of the house) are easily accessible, which makes it easy to get around, whether in Cap-Rouge or to the center of Quebec City
.The house, fully furnished, also offers high speed Wi-Fi, a gymnasium/office in the basement and a quiet backyard.
Electricity, heating and hot water included in the rental price.
Note: We will be traveling in March and April 2026 and are looking for trustworthy people to rent our house during this time. We ask that the house be cleaned at the end of the rental

Bienvenue dans notre maison chaleureuse et accueillante à Cap-Rouge, sur la Promenade-des-Soeurs.
Notre maison à aire ouverte propose trois chambres confortables (dont une pour bébé), une cuisine entièrement équipée et un salon lumineux et convivial. La lumière naturelle et les grandes fenêtres créent une atmosphère calme et agréable, propice au repos et au ralentissement. La cuisine est tout équipée et fraîchement rénovée.
Le quartier est paisible et bien situé, à proximité des parcs, écoles primaires, de la marina de Cap-Rouge et du fleuve Saint-Laurent. Les services essentiels et les transports en commun (l'autobus passe littéralement devant la maison) sont facilement accessibles, ce qui permet de circuler aisément, que ce soit dans Cap-Rouge ou vers le centre de Québec.
La maison, entièrement meublée, offre également le Wi-Fi haute vitesse, un gym/bureau au sous-sol ainsi qu'une cour arrière tranquille.
Électricité, chauffage et eau chaude inclus dans le prix de la location.
À noter : Nous serons en voyage en mars et en avril 2026 et recherchons des gens de confiance pour louer notre maison pendant cette période. Nous demandons que la maison soit nettoyée à la fin de la location.
Un dépôt d'un mois est exigé à la signature du contrat de location.
