La cuisine offre un décor saisissant avec son mur métallique qui reflète la lumière ! Tous les appareils sont très récents (lave-vaisselle et frigo neufs). Les deux fours sont intégrés au mur de rangement.
La salle de bain est magnifique ! Douche romaine et bain autoportant complètent ce décor très actuel. Au bas des grands miroirs, de pratiques tablettes de pierre surplombent les deux éviers. Un immense rangement « walk-in » communique avec la grande chambre principale où se trouve également un garde-robe « walk-in ».
La seconde chambre est grande avec deux fenêtres et un très grand garde-robe.
La troisième chambre est petite. Elle convient bien comme bureau ou chambre de jeune enfant. La salle de lavage donne dans cette pièce. Les laveuse-sécheuse de marque Samsung sont très performantes et la laveuse offre le cycle à la vapeur.
L'appartement sera disponible le 1er juillet. Je pourrais accepter un chien plus âgé ou très propre. Ceci reste à voir et je me garde toute latitude à cet égard.
Bien sûr, il y aura enquête de crédit et vérification de vos références. Un bon locataire sera le bienvenu dans cet immeuble bien tenu et paisible.
