- Apartment fully furnished and equipped (dishes, kitchen utensils, etc.). except bedding and towels to be supply by the tenant.

- Equipped with a sofa bed, a washer / dryer, a self-cleaning oven stove

- Located in Old Quebec, "intra muros", on a street overlooking the town hall square, next to the Laval University school of architecture, near the Petit-Champlain district, Carré d'Youville, St-Paul street, etc.
