Owners’ comments
Canadian style, is located near UQAC, cegep , schools and shopping center in a quiet area. Three large rooms on the three floors were added at the back. As a result it is a lot bigger than it looks from the street. It is a red brick house with white vinyl panelling. Most of the windows have been changed and the roof. There are 4 rooms upstairs, all on maple hardwood floor, with a complete bathroom. There is a stone fireplace in the living room. The floor of the living room and the dining room is also covered with solid select maple while the kitchen and sunroom are covered with ceramic. In the basement, lots of storage, large tv rom with carpet. Very nice bathroom, double bath, ceramic shower 4 by 5 foot with no step. Could be suitable for a handicapped person because there is an elevator which gives access to the 3 floors. Mature trees in the front and tall cedars on the sides . Perennial plants and shrubs. Carport.
