This rustic-style house will accommodate a large family for less than rent with its 10 rooms! It has a large plot of land with three independent entrances, without the possibility of a rear neighbor.
Ideal for nature enthusiasts because it is located between Alma, Dolbeau and the ZEC des Passes Dangereuses.
Possibility of making a large workshop in the crawl space which has an independent entrance from the outside and a height of approximately 7 feet.
Small garage of approximately 16'x16' for tinkering.
The insulation of the walls, the electricity, the roof, the kitchen, the patio door, the front door as well as the plumbing were completely redone in 2021. All the novoclimat subsidies are still available for this house. (Attic, basement, heat pump) The oil tank and the water heater are compliant. The furnace was serviced last year.
