Dating from 1925, this house at 240 Boulevard St-Benoît Ouest has good heritage value, which resides in its architecture. It has most of the characteristics of the cubic house, including the pavilion roof, a hipped dormer, and the symmetry of the openings. It still has several old elements such as the brick cladding, probably original, sash windows, a long gallery covered with an awning made up of wooden slats, and an interesting decorative program (molded cornice, balustrade, ornate posts, flowerbed, and brick ties).
Inside, there are 12 bedrooms furnished with two bathrooms, two kitchens, and a laundry room. It is composed of two finished floors with an unfinished basement and an attic with a good height that can be transformed into a loft or other. The land of the house has a garage and a large parking space that can accommodate several vehicles at the rear of the building.
