Why do I have to wait 45 days?

We want to give you time to sell on your own and save the commission. Often it’s enough, since 1 in 3 sales close in less than 30 days.

When do the 45 days start?

They start when you post your listing on our site. How long it takes to write a listing can vary depending on the property.

What do you refund exactly?

We refund what you paid for the Gold Package, after you sign the deed of sale at your appointment with the notary. See refund terms and conditions >

Does Confia Flex come with the other packages?

No, it’s only available with the Gold Package.
