Superb property, bright all day long! We awarded it the title of "House of Happiness" because we filled it with joy, fullness and color
!This house offers 6 bedrooms: 3 on the first floor and 3 in the basement, so it is perfect for a blended family who wants a minimum of privacy.
Immediately upon entering, you have a huge closet that allows you to store a multitude of things including your winter coats, your hockey or golf supplies, your shoes and if Madame has them, all her hats!
Also very practical, the bathroom just opposite. It is also the laundry room where you can, if you wish, keep the LG washer and dryer (large capacity
).The living room and dining room are open plan and spacious enough to hold a banquet. Light enters this huge room through the two opposite walls, one of which opens onto the patio that gives you access to the pool.
The kitchen was brilliantly refreshed by the famous designer Jacinthe Leroux in July 2025. It is an ultra-practical kitchen with plenty of storage space! And if that's not enough, there's another storage space in the basement, with well-installed shelves that support as much weight as you want

Superbe propriété, lumineuse toute la journée! Nous lui avons décerné le titre de " Maison du Bonheur " parce que nous l'avons rempli de joie, de plénitude et de couleurs!
Cette maison propose 6 chambres à coucher: 3 au premier étage et 3 au sous-sol, elle convient donc parfaitement à une famille recomposée qui souhaite un minimum d'intimité.
Tout de suite en entrant, vous avez un immense placard qui vous permet de ranger une multitude d'affaires incluant vos manteaux d'hiver, votre stock de hockey ou de golf, vos chaussures et si Madame en a, tous ses chapeaux!
Bien pratique également, la salle d'eau juste en face. C'est également la pièce de lavage où vous pourrez, si vous le souhaitez, garder la laveuse et la sécheuse de marque LG (grande capacité).
Le salon et la salle à manger sont à aire ouverte et suffisamment spacieux pour donner un banquet. La lumière entre dans cette immense pièce par les deux murs opposés dont l'un s'ouvre sur le patio qui vous donne accès à la piscine.
La cuisine a été brillamment rafraîchie par la célèbre designer Jacinthe Leroux en juillet 2025. C'est une cuisine ultra-pratique avec de nombreux rangements! Et si cela ne suffit pas, il y a un autre espace de rangement au sous-sol, avec des étagères bien installées qui supportent autant de poids que vous le voulez.
Au premier étage, la chambre principale (avec walk-in) a été aménagée en pièce de massothérapie. Vous entrez et voila! vous êtes zen! Il semble que le temps s'arrête lorsqu'on observe la murale ... vous serez parfois tentés de souffler sur les pissenlits et qui sait, de faire un voeu?
Deux autres chambres ainsi qu'une grande salle de bain viennent compléter l'étage du haut.
Au sous-sol, vous bénéficiez de 3 chambres supplémentaires, dont une avec walk-in, ainsi qu'une autre salle de bain.
Le jardin est une merveille!! Il s'y trouve un aménagement paysager (d'une valeur de + de 20 000 $) qui n'a de cesse de vous surprendre d'un mois à l'autre à partir de la mi-mai et jusqu'à l'automne. Des plantes poussent à tour de rôle sans que vous n'ayez rien fait! C'est tellement beau que vous recevrez peut-être la visite d'un lapin, lui-même en admiration, tranquillement assis dans la pelouse... Et puis, vous aurez une toile toute neuve dans votre piscine de 18 pieds! Fraichement installée juste pour vous (en juillet 2025). Sans oublier le cabanon qui vous permet de ranger plein de trucs inutiles ou quand même un peu utiles parfois...
La propriété est entièrement clôturée, ce qui est très appréciable si vous avez des enfants ou des animaux de compagnie.
À l'avant de la bâtisse, vous pourrez stationner jusqu'à 4 autos dans le "drive way".
Par jours de grand froid, vous aurez également un abri coupe-vent qui vient avec la maison et qui est tellement utile lorsque vous revenez de l'épicerie avec vos 5 grands sacs pleins à craquer!
Et enfin, "cerise sur le gâteau", les voisins sont adorables! C'est peut-être un détail mais ça fait toute la différence lorsque vous avez besoin d'un conseil, d'un ami ou lorsqu'il vous manque de la farine pour faire des biscuits !
C'est donc bel et bien la Maison du bonheur!
** A savoir que si nous la mettons en vente, c'est uniquement parce que les enfants ont grandi et que nous souhaitons vivre dans quelque chose de plus petit.
