A pretty hall including a double closet welcomes you to this adorable country-style house located 7 minutes from downtown La Malbaie. The understated elegance of this house is enhanced by a warm pine floor. Near the entrance, you will find a bathroom with glass shower, storage, and side-by-side washer-dryer installations hidden behind doors.
Abundant windows provide this house with superb light throughout the day.
Adjacent, the dining room, and the kitchen share the same living area. In the kitchen, the full height wood cabinets, iron handles, and slate mosaic wall complete the country style. Thanks to its imposing island, it offers a large work surface. The patio door gives access to a pleasant, fully glazed 3-season veranda which offers a relaxing view of the river.
Finally, there is an intimate living room on the ground floor away from the kitchen.
Upstairs, the two bedrooms have good dimensions. A walk-in of more than 5 'x 9' adds to the advantages of one of the bedrooms. The superb bathroom has just been enlarged and renovated with a glass shower, Oceania bath, and magnificent skylight.
The basement is finished. The use of cork on the floor soundproofs and warms the atmosphere. There is a good size bedroom which is currently used as an office.
