Bright house with lots of windows facing south.
It makes it very efficient on the energy side.

On the ground floor: Main entrance. Open concept kitchen, dining room and living room. Bathroom with 3 'x 4' ceramic shower. The space is optimized to the maximum.                          The kitchen has an exterior door to directly access the balcony. Vitroceramic cooker. Large functional island (3'x 6 ') with 6 drawers.

2nd floor: Large master bedroom and other bedroom, each with a private balcony and a splendid view. Independent room with freestanding bath. Peace and splendid view guaranteed! Powder room with washer-dryer.

Basement: large bedroom with large window, living room with slow combustion stove and technical room.

House outline walls are covered with cedar, including the interior staircases in solid cedar. Floor coverings are easy to maintain and more resistant to scratches than hardwood.

Ducts and electrical outlet already in place to receive a central vacuum. Alarm system connected to a central. Possibility to include surveillance camera.

As for the land, it is in a mixed forest where, among other things, maple, cedar, birch and fir trees give you privacy.
