Hostel that welcomes travelers of all ages with 20 units for rental, including 8 dormitory beds and 12 private rooms, from which 8 have a view over the St. Lawrence River and 6 have a private bathroom. Diversified international clientele in constant increase and very loyal national clientele. Cultural programming is appreciated by both locals and visitors. Excellent reputation.

We find on site: a full restaurant with a liquor license, terrace, commercial kitchen, a small market with souvenirs and local products, common kitchen, and large game and rest room for customers, as well as a large loft-style apartment with 3 adjoining bedrooms for operators or employees.


A stone's throw from the beach with a view of the St. Lawrence River, perfectly located in the heart of Charlevoix, close to various major tourist attractions, halfway between Baie-St-Paul and La Malbaie, and between the ski centers of Le Massif and Grands-Fonds, the inn enjoys high traffic during the summer and fall season.


The entire company has undergone a turnaround in recent years physically, technologically, and administratively.


The premises and the offer have been renovated and modernized, and a great deal of administrative streamlining and technological updating has been carried out. In addition, operational policies and tools have been put in place to facilitate the day-to-day management of operations.
