Located 1 hour and 15 minutes' drive from Quebec, a 3-season waterfront cottage with a superb panoramic view, and a 50' x 100' plot of land designed to respect the waterfront.
Navigable lake suitable for swimming and other water activities with electric motors only. The cottage has an open floor space and 2 bedrooms connected to the aqueduct and the Bionest septic installations date from 2016. Large 16 x 16 balcony on the sunny side including superb sunsets. There is a shed measuring 12 feet x 8 feet. Lots of inclusions: stove, refrigerator, sofa bed, dishes, BBQ, patio set, mower, and more.
The village of Saint-Méthode is 5 minutes by car, there is the bakery of the same name, grocery store, butcher, gas station, BMR, etc. Thetford Mines is 15 minutes away.
