Has 8 rooms for location with a dining room for 19 customer (Can have more places) and a living room for the customers. Also has a 5 rooms, a kitchen and 3 bathroom for the owners, all being in an 200 years old house.

The land has 30 squared milles with a parking and a garden with a Hot tub, 2 gazebos with patio furniture, swing, campfire, foutain, and a shed. Commercial equiped kitchen, air conditioning, office and laundry. Basement partially finished. New roof from 2016.

All rooms has a private bathroom, cabled television, coffe maker, iron board, hair dryer, dressing bath robe, alarm clock, refrigerator, queen bed and wi-fi.

Close to museum, golf court, St-Jean-Port-Joli, Isle-aux-grue and grosse-îles. Only five kilometers away from the highway and 50 minutes by car from Quebec. Lots of festival in the region.
