Owners’ comments
Beautiful property warm open area, very bright, residential area, 5 minutes from all services. Very nice kitchen with lots of storage space, and cathedral ceiling in the living room.
The basement is totally finished and has lots of windows, complete bathroom, a bar, 2 bedrooms and laundry room.
Roof was re done in 2015. The stucco on the front of the house was re done as well as the roof insulation in 2019.
Heating is electrical, heat pump, propane fireplace and a wood stove.
Outdoor kitchen and spa. Very private back yard.
