Beautiful, newly renovated 2-storey residence. 20 minutes from downtown Baie Comeau and less with the new renovated road # 389 (2022 )
Access path to the lake, well maintained in summer and also in priority in winter by the municipality. All the windows are triple glass.
Panoramic view on the lake and direct access to the Horseshoes lake ( Lac Fer à Cheval ) . Sandy beach directly on the access to lake lake ( dimension = 1.6 km East branch X 2 km South branch ) good gradation of depth for swimming. All boats permitted and access road to the Fédéré for snowmobiles and VTT . Possibility of fiber optic internet by Telus. (250 MB/sec and + )
