Spacious property, extremely well maintained, surrounded by the wild forests of Monts Orford and Chagnon. It has a 2-story ancestral cottage of robust construction which has been renovated in its 1900 original style while incorporating modern conveniences, as well as an adjacent chalet-style cottage currently leased to very good tenants.
Thanks to their separate patio, courtyard, and garden, the two residences preserve the privacy of their occupants while offering distinct features and character. Various occupations are possible: large family, inter-generational, family + income, family + business, teleworking, etc.
At the entrance to the Magog-Orford tourist resort, close to leisure areas as varied as they are attractive (national park, lakes, golf courses, ski slopes, hiking trails), primary and secondary schools and health services (including a hospital), this property is ideally located to meet all your needs.
