Owners’ comments
This bungalow was built with modern technologies. The house is a real "thermos": floor, walls and roof are insulated with 4" thermofoam. Whole house has ceramic floor, which produces heating at winter and cooling at summer time (floor hydraulic system). All bathrooms, toilets, powder room and sauna have ceramic on the floor and walls and panels on the ceiling (once it is done - no need ever to repair). All internal doors are wooden, no need to paint.
All rooms have filmed ceilings.
We have an access to club pool, tennis box and lake shore.
