Large open rooms whose large windows offer partial views of the mont Orford Park. Land of 1.85 acres, facing southwest, fully landscaped with mature trees and bordered by a single neighbor. Storage room above the garage, accessed by a lift, very convenient for storage of seasonal equipment. The sheet metal roof, guaranteed for 25 years, was rebuilt in 2012.
