Magnificent vacation cottage with CITQ permit located in the heart of the prestigious village of North Hatley in the Eastern Townships, 1h15 from Montreal. The chalet can accommodate 16 people.

Formerly the town hall and specially renovated to make an Airbnb in 2021, the building is adapted to maximize rentals since the chalet can be rented as one large chalet or as two separate 2-bedroom and 4-bedroom units depending on the time of year, thanks to its two very well insulated complete units with full kitchens, washer, and dryer living room and bathrooms.
The 25x25 terrace with countertop, running water, and 20-person living and dining area is accessible to both units.
