La ville de Lac-Mégantic où on retrouve tous les services complets y compris hôpital se trouve à 35 minutes et 1h00 de Sherbrooke. Vous aimez prendre des marches, le rang 2 est aucoin de votre rue sans aucun traffic et devenez membre à la Sepaq vous serez plus que comblés. Le garage offre en plus beaucoup de rangement intérieur.
