This vast and rare townhouse features 4 bedrooms, 2 and a half baths, a kitchen, a living room, a family room, and 2 lockers for a lot of storage.

 

As the courtyard faces south, daylight floods into the house from morning to night, providing incredible luminosity, in addition to warming the house in cold weather.

 

A heat pump was installed on the 2nd floor by the owner in 2021, significantly reducing electricity costs, as well as providing cooling in warmer weather. In addition, an inspection/cleaning was carried out in March 2024.
