This property is located 10 minutes from Rawdon, 20 minutes from Joliette and about 1 hour 10 minutes from Montreal (78 kilometers) by Highway 25.

2-storey house, kitchen and open-plan living room. 3 bedrooms.

Washer and dryer in the basement. A workbench and a wood-burning stove. 

A veranda with a patio door, and a large window. A wardrobe with two mirror doors. Veranda very well insulated. The whole house was insulated from the outside.
