Ancient wooden house. biological half-earth,   Total areas: Approximately 500,000 pi2

This property is located 10 minutes from Rawdon, 20 minutes from Joliette and about 1 hour 10 minutes from Montreal (78 kilometers) by Highway 25.

2-storey house, kitchen and open-plan living room. 3 bedrooms.

Full bathroom on the 1st floor.

Washer and dryer in the basement. A workbench and a wood-burning stove. 

A veranda with a patio door, and a large window. A wardrobe with two mirror doors. Veranda very well insulated. The whole house was insulated from the outside.

Plumbing and electricity put back in order, functional. Programmable thermostats. The windows have all been changed, they are made of cranked wood. Several windows in the bedrooms, 2 per room. Very sunny house.

This part of the land is bordered to the east by a row of deciduous trees. Lilas by the house. And several decorative apple trees about twenty on the ground.

The land is zoned commercial and residential.

It is possible to make an equestrian centre, as there are 6 fenced enclosures, 3 shelters and a stable where there is electricity and running water except in winter. Right now there are horses.

There is a part of the land that is flat and currently in cultivation.  The front of the pitch is flat with cultivated fields and paddocks and a stable for horses.
