The land is bordered by cedar hedges and various species of mature shrubs and trees creating a lot of privacy while still maintaining a view of the lake. Behind it is the vegetable garden. In the back of the shed is the compost we have been manufacturing for 30 years. Close to the kitchen and the veranda a huge barbecue of stones and cement will allow you to cook while admiring the lake.
After a game of tennis (2 courts in the village) or a swim crossing the lake or after a dinner of trout (the lake is seeded every year), in peace and comfort you can take a nap in the veranda.
The beautiful private beach is reserved for owner-members, making it a peaceful and very friendly place. You can install your boat or directly in front of the house at the right of way.
In winter after practicing your favourite sports (Val-Saint-Côme 20 min.) or after a hike in the forest or on the lake, you will enjoy warm up in front of the beautiful foyer of the house.

Le terrain est bordé de haies de cèdres et de différentes espèces d'arbustes et d'arbres matures créant ainsi beaucoup d'intimité tout en gardant une vue sur le lac. Derrière on y trouve le potager . En retrait du cabanon se trouve le compost que nous fabriquons depuis 30 ans. Tout près de la cuisine et de la véranda un immense barbecue de pierres et de ciment vous permettra de cuisiner en admirant le lac.
Après une partie de tennis ( 2 terrains au village ) ou une traversée du lac à la nage ou encore après un dîner de truites ( le lac est ensemencé à chaque année), en toute quiétude et confortablement vous pourrez faire une sieste dans la véranda.
La magnifique plage privée est réservée aux membres-propriétaires ce qui en fait un lieu paisible et très convivial. Vous pourrez y installer votre embarcation ou encore directement devant la maison au droit de passage .
En hiver après avoir pratiqué vos sports favoris ( Val-Saint-Côme 20 min.) ou après une randonnée en forêt ou sur le lac, vous apprécierez vous réchauffer devant le magnifique foyer de la maison.
