This four-season cottage is ideal for both summer and winter outdoor activities, as it is nestled in the heart of nature, in a quiet setting just 10 minutes from the village of St-Côme and 20 minutes from the ski slopes of Val St-Côme. The property features a lake, a small sandy beach, and a floating dock. Short-term rentals are not permitted; only 30 days or longer.
Fully equipped and partially furnished, it has retained its period charm, and its large windows are perfect for birdwatching or watching snowflakes fall in winter. Its covered hot tub and huge sunny balcony make it the perfect year-round getaway. The treehouse is a delight for kids and adults alike!
