4-season log cottage on the shores of Lake Valdemars, one hour from Montreal
Sold fully furnished and equipped, this four-season cottage is ready to be lived in and allows new owners to enjoy it as soon as they arrive.
This chalet is distinguished first of all by its warm and friendly character, its natural environment and the feeling of privacy it provides. Vendu entièrement meublé et équipé, ce chalet quatre saisons est prêt à être habité et permet aux nouveaux propriétaires d'en profiter dès leur arrivée.
Ce chalet se distingue d'abord par son caractère chaleureux et convivial, son environnement naturel et la sensation d'intimité qu'il procure. Implanté sur un vaste terrain boisé de 2,1 acres, il est entouré d'arbres matures, de fougères, de plantes vivaces et d'un impressionnant cap de roche naturel qui fait véritablement partie prenante du décor.
L'ensemble donne beaucoup plus l'impression d'un refuge en pleine nature que d'une propriété située dans un secteur résidentiel traditionnel.
Le coeur du chalet est sa grande aire ouverte réunissant le salon, la salle à manger et la cuisine. Les poutres de bois au plafond cathédrale, la généreuse fenestration donnant sur le lac créent immédiatement une impression d'espace, de lumière abondante et de chaleur.

La troisième chambre, installée dans la partie arrière (agrandissement) constitue un véritable avantage pour un chalet de cette taille. Elle est adjacente à la salle de bain équipée d'un bain-douche et de laveuse-sécheuse.
Un des éléments particulièrement intéressants est le grand espace grenier, au-dessus de la plus grande chambre et de la salle de bain. À hauteur d'homme, cette pièce demande actuellement à être aménagée. Le grenier pourrait éventuellement devenir un espace supplémentaire: atelier, bureau, dortoir, espace créatif ou rangement.

Le lac (interdit aux embarcations à moteur) ajoute évidemment une dimension importante à la propriété, mais ce qui rend l'ensemble spectaculaire est la combinaison de tous les éléments: Eau, forêt, roche, feu. Parce que, bien sûr, il y a sur le terrain un "spot à feu" aménagé.
Ce chalet n'est pas une construction neuve impersonnelle ni une propriété qui cherche à imiter un chalet.
C'est un vrai chalet. Qui est habité et aimé.
