Magnifique maison de style champêtre avec dépendances, très bien construite, située sur un grand terrain boisé en bordure d'un lac de tête à l'eau cristalline où il fait bon se baigner et profiter des activités nautiques (canot, kayak, ponton, planche à pagaie, etc). Pour les amateurs de pêche, le lac Lauzon est ensemencé annuellement avec de la truite arc-en-ciel. On y retrouve que de petites embarcations pour la plupart avec moteur électrique.
Orientée plein sud, sa grande terrasse en bois offre la possibilité de se détendre à l'extérieur en toute intimité. De plus, le spa avec vue sur le lac, invite à la relaxation en toutes saisons.
Deux accès nous mènent au lac, l'un d'eux peut être emprunté par un petit sentier, l'autre étant un escalier de pierres naturelles traversé par un petit pont. En bord de lac, une plateforme de bois et un grand quai flottant permettent de profiter des plaisirs de l'été.
L'aménagement paysager autour de la maison agrémente l'aspect extérieur avec ses plantes vivaces tout en nécessitant peu d'entretien.

Loin des bruits de la circulation et de la civilisation, cet endroit paisible est situé à 20 min de la station de ski du Mont-Tremblant et à proximité de plusieurs terrains de golf et à 15 min de la piste cyclabe du P'tit train du Nord. Que ce soit pour les adeptes de motoneige ou de Quad, il est facile sans utiliser de remorque, d'accéder aux pistes fédérées. La ville de Mont-Tremblant (secteur Saint-Jovite) est à 15 minutes de voiture et offre toutes les commodités avec plusiers grandes chaînes de magasins et des services professionnels complets.
