Beautiful condo with a terrace and no back neighbor at the edge of the stream. Construction and soundproofing of superior quality. The most beautiful phase of the project (incredible backyard).

With its private and very intimate terrace, you have a view of the large creek and its wooded area.

The new bridge, with immediate access, now allows you to walk or bike to the village of Saint-Sauveur. The private shed is a good size.

The 2 parking lots of the condo are the two closest to the entrance to the building. The living room and the second room offer an amazing view of Mount Avila.

During the high ski season, the magic is set up since the slopes are illuminated. The alarm system is ready for installation. Each room (even the bathroom) is wired for the sound system.
