This house is a Canadian style two story home with attached double car garage and a three season room.  The shed contains a gas generator with an electrical connection to the house electrical panel, ideal for potential outages.  There is a large wooden deck to host family events or a great party with friends.  If you are moving from another area or country or an invertor wishing to rent it for income, you may want everything in the house (up for discussion).
