Here is a must for anyone looking for a property located on a navigable lake. Located directly on the shores of the prestigious Lake Masson, one of the largest navigable lakes in the Laurentians, this impeccable property will charm you with its large backyard facing south and its abundant fenestration, offering plenty of sunshine all day long along with a magnificent view over the lake and mountains.

On the main floor, the cooking area is central to the dining room and the terrace along with its gazebo erected on the house's southwest corner. This floor also includes the living and dining rooms with a cathedral ceiling, complete with a wood fireplace, two bedrooms and a full bathroom.

The garden level houses the main hall, a spacious family room, a third bedroom and the second full bathroom lodging the laundry equipment. 

The land is very well landscaped with paved sidewalks, mature trees and shrubs. The piping for an irrigation system is also already installed. The paved parking area (2020) can accommodate four cars.

A 15-meter dock allows you to moor your boat. From there, you have access to the three lakes that make up the Lake Masson network, namely Lake du Nord, Lake Dupuis and Lake Masson, all three of which are navigable.
