Nice 900 square foot condo, renovated in August 2024, located a few steps away from all services and public transportation. Prime location. Carrefour Laval and Centropolis are about 5-6 minutes away by car. The IGA and Adonis supermarkets are a 2-3 minute walk away. Access to highways 15 and 440 is almost immediate.
